I am always skeptical when shopping at Forever21. Sometimes you find a real treasure and other times you end up throwing an article of clothing away after only one use. Although the prices tend to be terrific, I don't like spending ~$15 on something I'll only end up wearing once.
...Then I came across the LOVE21 Contemporary line and fell. In. Love. The pieces are slightly more expensive than typical F21 prices, but that makes me more optimistic that they will last more than one use.
